Baseball Player Connect provides tools intended to help baseball players, coaches, teams, and organizations communicate availability, locate game opportunities, search for players, and coordinate participation.

Accounts and Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account, and using the service lawfully and appropriately. Do not impersonate another person or provide information you are not authorized to provide.

Youth Participants

Adults using the service in connection with youth players are responsible for having appropriate authority or permission to provide information and coordinate participation on behalf of those players.

Games, Players, and Organizations

Baseball Player Connect facilitates connections but does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, qualifications, conduct, safety, eligibility, or suitability of any player, coach, team, organization, game, venue, or opportunity. Users and organizations are responsible for confirming details and making their own participation decisions.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent or unlawful information, harass other users, or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Baseball activities involve inherent risks, and Baseball Player Connect does not supervise games, practices, travel, facilities, or participant conduct.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Baseball Player Connect and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
